"The Pearl of Great Price" is a selection from the revelations, translations, and narrations of Joseph Smith. It is a collection of writings that is representative of many of the aspects of the Mormon faith and is considered an important volume in the Mormon scripture. "The Pearl of Great" Price takes its title from the parable told by Jesus in the Gospel of Matthew, an analogy of the value of a place in the Kingdom of Heaven.
