This book is a tribute to parts of my life, but more importantly the contributions my spiritual teachers.
My achievements in swimming and athletic tournaments, rugby and basketball events, Ironman Triathlons, boat and car racing, were tremendous for my enjoyment of my life.
But the spiritual achievements brought to me by my mentor T. Glynn Braddy and a magical Chinese philosopher allowed my enjoyment of life from 16 years old to the present.
I would encourage my readers to enjoy the beauty of life due to spiritual understanding.
