Based on a true historical figure... reincarnated in modern times. In 1589, Peter Stumpp-the infamous Werewolf of Bedburg-was executed after confessing to unspeakable crimes. Accused of witchcraft, murder, and cannibalism, his legend became one of the most terrifying tales of the 16th century. Centuries later, Michael Adler believes he's just another young man trying to navigate life. But a chance encounter inside a shadowy antique shop changes everything. A cursed belt, whispered words in German, and dreams drenched in blood awaken something deep within him. As memories from a life he never lived begin to resurface, Michael must confront a horrifying truth: he may not just be haunted by the past-he may be the past. Blending true history with chilling fiction, The Devil's Belt is a dark, atmospheric thriller that asks: can evil ever truly die, or does it wait patiently to return?
