93% of everything in your organization is working. But all you and your team speak about is the 7% that is wrong. Why? You just haven't seen it yet.
Your team is trying. Your customers are satisfied. Your processes are producing results. 93% of what's happening around you every single day is working - and yet every meeting opens with what went wrong. Every review leads with the gap. Every hard week sends you home carrying the weight of the 7% that didn't go right.
That's not leadership. That's the oldest software still running - a brain wired for survival, scanning for threats that aren't there, missing the 93% that's right in front of you.
The 93/7 Principle is for the manager leading people who wants to build something that actually lasts. Not a culture held together by pressure and urgency - a culture where people are genuinely developed, customers feel truly seen, and the standard gets held because the team believes in it. Not because someone is enforcing it.
In this book you'll discover:
• Why your brain is actively working against you - and the simple daily practices that rewire it • How to lead yourself from the 93% before you can lead anyone else there • The conversation framework that develops people up - and handles the hard moments with genuine care • How to build a team that sees each other clearly, holds each other accountable, and keeps going when you're not in the room • The operational systems that make the 93% structural - so the culture doesn't depend on any single leader's presence • What the best customer interactions have in common - and how to build a team that creates them consistently • The long game - building something that outlasts you, that keeps growing after you've moved on, that changes the world through the people you developed
This is a book about mindset - and how your mind can make you and your team great. About seeing what's actually working and building from that foundation - while still holding the standard, having the hard conversations, and developing people into the best version of themselves.
