AS TENSIONS BETWEEN AUSTRALIA AND CHINA BOIL OVER, SABOTEURS STRIKE TO CRIPPLE AUSTRALIA'S AIR AND NAVAL FORCES... An invasion fleet, headed by China's new aircraft carrier, is on its way south and none of Australia's treaty partners want to be involved.
Defenceless and alone, Australia finds an unexpected glimmer of hope in Dave Pentreath and Trevor Mayer, both retired RAAF pilots. Their daring plan has a team of old colleagues coming together to steal thirty-six obsolete F-15 Eagle fighters from the US.
Aboard the Chinese aircraft carrier, Captain Huang Bai itches for combat as he heads the state-of-the-art squadrons of fighter pilots into battle.
In a confrontation on the high seas, thirty-six ageing Australians piloting fifty-year-old fighters stand against the cream of China's southern naval fleet.
If these men fail, Australia falls to China and the world as we know it changes forever...
