Take Her and Run

Evidence of abuse isn't enough for the courts, the police, or child protection agencies. Nor is a past riddled with similar allegations. A young girl, with the cognitive abilities of a toddler, is left in the care of her abusive father while both her biological mother and step mother are cut out of her life.
