World-class chef Jacques Rousseau owns Chicago's Chez Rousseau, the premiere restaurant in the country. The chef finds himself the target of a bent, evil food critic and a corrupt real estate developer, both of whom are wildly intent on shutting down Rousseau's business and brand, by any means necessary.
