The setting of our play is a cheerful forest scene on the first day of Summer. When a sudden storm threatens to scatter the creatures in darkness, Summer's Child knows just how to resolve the drama: with a splendid picnic and ice cream for all. This third installment in James Christopher Carroll's seasonal quartet sparkles and shines as Summer steals the stage.
