Sergey Brin was born in Moscow, Russia. At age 6, he moved to the United States with his family to avoid Jewish persecution. In college at Stanford he met Larry Page, and together they co-founded Google in 1998, one of the first Internet search engines. Today Brin is one of the world's wealthiest tech entrepreneurs.
