The Part One is presented in Eleven Chapters designed for specific study while Part Two is for quick, everyday help. Any paragraph you choose will give succour to whatever besets your mind in that moment.Beloved, you are blessed, for you are the living expression of the Divine. Each moment you are given is a gift, each thought a prayer, each action an offering. In your being, the universe has found its song. The very breath you take is a blessing, the way you walk this earth is a blessing. You are blessed, not because of what you do, but because of the truth you arepure, whole, and divine.
