About

Rangoli is a traditional Indian art form made from colored powders, rice, or flower petals, drawn on the ground during festivals to welcome prosperity, honor the divine, and transform the threshold into something sacred. Like the art it's named after, Rangoli by Pavana Reddy is an offering of memory. Each poem is a pattern drawn from fragments of diaspora, grief, and girlhood.
