They aren't aliens. They aren't gods. They're just normal, broken people trying their best. Normalheroes is a powerful, emotional short story collection about normal people wearing masks. Each of the twenty-five interconnected stories aims to ask an important question about the nature of heroism - and make you question what it means to be a hero. Heroism in these stories isn't about the powers you have; it's about the person you are.
In this collection, you'll find stories of a broken boy forced into a legacy, of a team doomed to die, of a girl so cursed by her powers that she hid away from society and became the villain of their stories. And alongside those, you'll find hope - because heroism is everywhere in this collection. These heroes hurt because they're human. That's what makes them heroes.
