All preschoolers and young kids sometimes break rules or don't listen. As much as kids enjoy more freedom at home or school, they need enough rules to feel safe and secure.
Here's a great story about rules:
Teaching the importance of following rules
Learn the importance of listening and not always talking
Learning to accept responsibility
Dealing with not always getting what you want
