Rob Dial, life coach and host of the popular podcast “The Mindset Mentor”, shows the science behind how taking small actions every day will build momentum that leads to life-changing success.
Why is it so hard to actually achieve our goals?
The answer, Rob Dial tells us, is our mindset. We focus on the finished goal, we focus on the outcome, we focus on the many steps between here and there, and in doing so, we get stuck. In his years spent studying human behavior and coaching numerous clients, Dial has found that what people most struggle with is not identifying goals, or even having the motivation to reach them, but creating momentum and sustaining that momentum to long-term success. The secret: all we have to do is get just 1% better each day to make huge strides and achieve our goals. When you master your mindset, you master your life.
In this positive, pragmatic book, Dial gets to the root of what's been holding us back, then provides concrete steps and tools for uprooting negative patterns and building better habits to achieve the goals that have eluded us. Packed with proven strategies for productivity and neuro-hacks, we can literally rewire our brains to take the necessary action that leads to change. Combining research-backed science, insightful journal prompts, invaluable examples from real clients, and actionable tools, Better Every Day empowers readers to create their own roadmap to success.
The book features 10 black-and-white line drawings throughout.
