About
"Jesus answered and said unto them, Though I bear record of myself, yet my record is true: for I know whence I came, and whither I go; but ye cannot tell whence I come, and whither I go." John 8:14. The only man to have walked the earth and confidently claimed to know where he came from and no one offered to challenge him on the claim is Jesus! Why are we here anyway? Everything that we are doing is outright vain! The Atlantis syndrome seems to be the driver of all that we do. Every human is striving to be above the next human. We are not content or satisfied with what we have, we want more! However, the gravity of the earth is holding us fast down on the ground. We fly but have to come down to the ground. We love the earth and in the same measure, hate it. We know that the earth is the mother that is giving us life, but our subconscious reminds us that we do not belong here. The earth gives us just enough to sustain us for awhile. For those who believe in a life eternal in heaven, the poser comes, 'so what shall you be doing eternally in heaven?' The answers come in fast and furious with varied dreams; 'We shall be worshipping, or we shall be enjoying ourselves!'Whatever the case, we are not here by accident; we were placed here for a purpose. That purpose is the greatest mystery. If we can truly discover why we were put on earth, then we can be able to deal with the rest of issues by charting a course towards the desired purpose of the creator.God is an alien to this earth and perhaps we all are. However, John the Divine says in Revelation that he saw a New Earth and a New Heaven after the purging of the old ones. Looks like the place of man is earth actually, not Mars, Jupiter or heaven."And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea." Rev. 21:1Again, the intrigue, Jesus says that he will come and take those who trust and believe in him to where he is and this creates a new dimension to the whole story."Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also." John. 14:1-3 Will Anthony Jr. is currently the Chairman of the Uasin Gishu County Land Control Board which caters for over one million people. Before this stint, he worked in other capacities with the National government. He has also been lecturer in three religious institutions, a service to the youth to gather knowledge from the aging population. In his life time, Will Anthony Jr. says he has met a lot of people and can unflinchingly say that he loved most of them. Why most of them? Well, it is a tall order to love everyone you meet! Will Anthony Jr. has written several e-books touching on diverse subjects that relate to society. The books extensively cover human social and economic practices and this is so because expertise in one field in Africa can become a drudgery according to his practical view. His perception is that if you were born in Africa and the continent is your aboriginal home, you are likely to have English as your second language (ESL). Sometimes it could even be a third language. For him, he had to learn his mother tongue then learn both English and Swahili simultaneously. He went to his pre-primary bare foot, later he joined the local primary school 5 Km away and had to trek barefoot again not because his parents could not buy him shoes but because cobblers were a rare find. That journey was a daily toil of 10 Km, 5 days in a week or ~270 days yearly for 7 years. With a smirk he says that when you achieve a PhD in Africa, then You have done Plenty of hard Digging (PhD) or you have a Permanent head Damage (PhD) and you might end up in a ditch because your IQ cannot contain the booze like the local fellas!"Why did the Engl
