Low-carbohydrate diets have become increasingly popular... largely because they work! While several such diets exist, only this one is vetted by orthopedic surgeons who see the end result of poor nutrition and an inactive lifestyle. Intelligent Carb is a system created by Dr. John Riehl and Dr. Jeffrey Lutton to help promote better total body health. They have combined their expertise in musculoskeletal health with evidence-based recommendations on diet and exercise. It is an easy-to-follow plan that fits into any busy schedule. Dieting is about much more than looking better. It can mean the difference between chronic disease and good health. Poor mobility, arthritis, and even some fractures could be prevented by lifestyle changes inspired by the Intelligent Carb system. Specific exercise recommendations and recipes will get you started on a ketogenic or Intelligent Carb eating plan quickly (in consultation with your physician). Isn't it time you finally lost that extra weight and created the healthy life you deserve?
