Illusory

'It all starts with a fiery night of bullets and car crashes leading to five people dead - two local traffic enforcers, the mayor's son and two bodyguards. Andor, a senior traffic enforcer, is the only surviving witness of this highway mayhem and murder. This bleak moment happened so fast that he is only sure of one thing, the assailant had a mermaid tattoo inked on his forearm. The veteran enforcer is now entangled with the queries of the police and the mayor's cohorts. Unbeknownst to them, Andor has his own way of dealing with this kind of problem, just like the way he used to do when he was still young and living a more dangerous life. But it might be more important to ask how deep Andor really is in this enigma especially because he just recently mentored 3 new recruits all having the same mermaid tattoo and 2 of these recruits are now lifeless. This is more than a car crash but an elaborate plan stemming from the world of politics and organized crime.
