I Was a Pilot for the Mob

David Samuels grew up in New Jersey and joined the army during
the Vietnam conflict. He served as a helicopter gunship
pilot and was awarded the Silver Star for gallantry in action. After
the service he was the corporate pilot for a corporation in the northeast.
He currently resides in North Carolina with his wife, Elizabeth.
