Carlos, a successful businessman, receives the worst of all possible news: his wife and daughter have just been killed in a car accident. Feeling guilty at not having spent enough time with his daughter, Laura, he embarks upon a search for redemption, in which he resolves to find out more about the daughter now lost to him.
