Galactic Ancestors

The large "mystery fleet" of humans who refer to themselves as the Galactics has been allowed safe haven on planet Sumer. The Sumerians, however, don't consider their guests to be very polite or even grateful. Claiming to be on the run from their mortal enemy, the Simovs, the Space Fleet has been protecting them from attack. The first arrivals have been mainly civilians with a very small escort of warships. But, is there yet another fleet of the Galactics out there? And, if so, what is their intention?
