About

Fireflies is a guided grief journal written through resilience after experiencing loss after loss. In the darkest seasons of grief, even the smallest light can help us find our way. Like fireflies appearing in the night, moments of reflection, memory, and love remind us that healing is still possible.

Through poetry, reflection, and thoughtful prompts, Fireflies shines a light on the depth of love that remains when we are grieving. It invites readers to write through the many emotions that accompany loss-denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance-while honoring the truth that grief rarely follows a straight path.

Although the stages of grief are often described as linear, real grief is unpredictable, messy, and deeply personal. This journal encourages readers to move through their feelings honestly, returning to pages as often as needed, and discovering their own flickers of light along the way.

Fireflies is for anyone carrying loss-whether recent or long ago-and offers space to remember, reflect, and slowly find moments of light again.
