Fentanyl-laced cocaine almost kills Madison Avenue ad agency executive Katie McFarland. Her husband, Mac, an investigative reporter and author, is determined to disrupt the flow of deadly fentanyl, manufactured in China and smuggled into the United States by Mexican drug cartels.
