About

Synopsis: Ava and Carl, born on the same day, raised together on isolated ranches in northern Wyoming, are expected to grow up and marry each other, but there are problems; one, Ava hates marriage, and two, Carl, even though he's deeply embedded in the closet, is gay. Ava and Jimmy, Carl's roommate at Casper College in Wyoming, decide to get Carl out of the closet by transferring to UNM in Albuquerque, New Mexico, far from home where they meet an assortment of people; Chuy, the Hispanic Renaissance Man and entrepreneur, Isabel, the holy woman/healer/bruja and a group of what might be coyotes, all of whom help them to grow up and find their own path in life.
