Homicide detectives Turner Hahn and Frank Morales are at it again. This time they have two homicide cases, which may or may not wind up being connected. One case involves the death of a university professor, murdered in a highly secure computer complex. No one knows what happened or has a clue as of who the killer might be. The second case involves the murder of a gigolo, with a seemingly endless number of suspects. Soon, the detectives discover they are being followed. With the FBI interested in the case, Mossad agents in town and members of a secretive organisation known as Odessa also involved, Turner and Frank, have their hands full.
