It's Autumn, 1967. Detective Roscoe Stokes, Louisville Police Department, is on a midnight stakeout to capture an elusive fugitive he'd been after for two months.
He received a last-minute tip on the fugitive's whereabouts when his partner was out on a sick day, so he decided to follow up by himself before the fugitive skied up again.
The events of that night propelled Roscoe onto an odyssey he never foresaw. What could have been just an anecdote in life was the catalyst which changed everything for him, and it was all good.
