Three terrorism suspects are in custody. One retired teacher and a girl child have been murdered. The events seem unrelated. The two deaths have instilled palpable fear, bewilderment and despondence among the people of Katwe slums in Kampala who are already wallowing in abject poverty. A state security operative, Albert Mukasa, has vowed to unravel the conspiracies surrounding the terror and the murder cases. Some known people in power are working hard to obstruct justice.
