Safeguard your family's future by taking action now!
The single most important thing you can do to safeguard your family's future is to wrap up the loose ends of your life. These unfinished strands of your life can pertain to life's most intimate details and shouldn't be left up to anyone but you. You will protect your family and your legacy by completing these 8 simple action steps:
• Step 1 - Organize Your Family's Vital Records • Step 2 - Review Your Estate Planning Documents • Step 3 - Organize Your Financial Information • Step 4 - Organize Your Current Healthcare Information • Step 5 - Document Your Future Healthcare Decisions • Step 6 - Prepare and Plan for Your Final Wishes • Step 7 - Create a Family Archive and Leave a Lasting Legacy • Step 8 - Protect Your Family by Preparing an Emergency Plan
My motivation for writing this book was twofold. As an estate planning attorney, I witness the anxiety, fear, and chaos that occurs when someone becomes incapacitated or dies and has not planned or organized their most important life details, and I have personally experienced this with the death of three close family members. Since that time, it has become my mission to help families avoid the heartache, uncertainty, and chaos that our family endured.
I urge you to take time out of your busy life to tackle these 8 simple steps now. Making the time to prepare and organize this information will bring you peace of mind and protect your family from unnecessary pain when the unexpected happens.
