Wounded but Never Defeated

In life many people perceive heroes to be movie stars, sport
figures, and singers but some of the greatest heroes are common
everyday people that have had a lasting impact on our lives.
Typically, we are excited at the beginning of an opportunity,
a relationship, or a venture. We are also happy when we can
celebrate our achievements and have satisfaction of fulfilled
desires. However, between the beginning and the end, in every
situation there is a "middle" and the middle is where we often
face our greatest challenges, and tests.
This is a story about a common everyday hero that traveled
through her life's journey and finished with flying colors. This
story in meant to inspire people to start their life journey strong,
endure in the middle phase of life, and finish strong.
