Thorne Evers has lived in the Coven of Neoma all her life, but a week before her seventeenth birthday, her life in the coven shatters. A dark warlock, who had once been banished, is brought back after a spell gone wrong. And he's after her.
In an attempt to keep her and the rest of Neoma safe, Throne unwillingly decides to enroll at Aristide to hide among mortals. But living with a bunch of mortals means no magic. Thorne must learn how to live without using her magic or risk being caught-maybe even killed.
