Deepti Rao's grandmother taught her to dance on the same veranda where she taught a city to dance. Now the veranda belongs to Arrow Capital, and Deepti has three months to save it.
Enter Arjun Malhotra-reclusive, litigious, and in urgent need of a fiancée who looks human before his regulatory hearing. The deal: three months of appearances, a foundation in Deepti's name, and the bungalow's lease at a price her accountant calls 'a typo.'
It starts as a photoshoot. It becomes Diwali at his mother's estate, a grandmother's interrogation in Tamil, a kiss caught on camera during Bhai Dooj that neither of them planned.
The hearing clears his name. The engagement ends on schedule. The foundation opens on the bungalow's ground floor with her grandmother's carrom board in the corner.
And on opening night, a billionaire in a t-shirt walks into the back row of a tap class and stays.
A spicy billionaire fake-engagement romance about contracts, family, and the one deal nobody signed.
