In the business world, there are often two types of leaders. The first is the leader who is burning the candle at both ends. They feel like they're constantly at max capacity, overwhelmed and spread thin, furiously paddling to keep their head above water. The demands at work and home are so tremendous that the stress is keeping either place from receiving the leader's full focus or best efforts.
