Whose Body?

Whose Body? is a popular 1923 mystery novel by Dorothy L. Sayers, in which she introduced the character of Lord Peter Wimsey, a nobleman who developed an interest in a criminal investigation as a hobby. This book starts a series of novels and stories which develop around this fictional protagonist. Lord Peter Wimsey was a fictional archetype for the British gentleman detective.
