Mr. Rhein and his wife, the former Phyllis Betz live in Garden City, New York and Summer in Saunderstown, Rhode Island. The Rheins have three married children and a grandson. Over the years of their marriage, Mrs. Rhein, a gifted rug hooking artist and fl oral designer, participated as a volunteer in many charitable activities involving her church, school and hospital. And, Mr. Rhein happily points out. On top of being a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother... she’s an excellent cook.
