What Is Freedom?

What Is Freedom is a rhyming poem written in simple language so that teachers and parents can have a tool to use to open discussion about freedom with young children. It covers simple rights such as the right to go to a school and church of your choice, voting and freedom of speech. It also speaks of the men and women who make these freedoms possible. In the back of the book there is a place where you and your child can write a Thank You Note to a Veteran.
