Psychology has been practiced for several centuries and one of the main target areas is to overcome thought patterns that are rooted in historical events or present and ongoing stressors. Spirituality has also been around for centuries and there seems to be a separation of both disciplines. Could it be that they are more connected than we are willing to admit maybe acknowledging the connection and being aware of the possibility that this could bring a paradigm shift in the field of therapy as clinicians, pastors, organizations, and the community become more open to the possibility psychology and spirituality are connected? This book will look at seven spiritual nuggets to help make your spiritual journey a practical reality. So, we have called it what God thinks about psychology from a psychospiritual perspective. This book is not about pushing a religious agenda but about helping readers to ask some challenging questions that go beyond the surface.
