Most weight "loss" programs focus on overeating and lack of exercise; very few of them address the underlying reason for weight issues. Weight issues are a result of unhealthy patterns of behavior and a negative self-image. The service-to-self process, taught in this book, focuses on reprogramming and healing old patterns of behavior to create a positive, lasting change, in self-image-weight release is a natural byproduct of this process.
