We Are Scientists is an interactive science lab booklet created by the Tiny Sparks team to inspire curiosity, creativity, and confidence in young learners. Designed for use at home, in classrooms, or during community events, it features ten simple, safe, and exciting experiments-each using everyday materials you can find around the house. From mixing colors in walking water to launching balloon rockets, every activity invites children to explore, observe, ask questions, and think like real scientists.
This booklet goes beyond just "how-to" instructions by including kid-friendly science explanations and conversation starters that encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and reflection. It also celebrates the role of parents and caregivers as a child's first science partner, offering tips for exploration and ways to extend learning beyond the page. With its inclusive, playful approach, We Are Scientists helps children see that science is not just something they learn about-it's something they do, every day.
