Why Not? Scotland, Labor and Independence looks at the relationship of Scotland's two dominant parties, Labor and the SNP. Why, with the referendum looming, are the two sides not more united? A passionate look at the differences and many similarities between the two parties, Why Not? is an argument for independence that asks the left-wing unionists to challenge and reevaluate their ideas of Scottish Nationalism. Not only for the sake of Scotland, but for the sake of the entirety of the British Isles. Urgent, original and provocative, Why Not? is a vital contribution to the independence debate - and essential reading for all Scots as the referendum approaches.
