Will some people be eternally lost? Or will God save everyone? Can a Christian be biblically faithful and believe in universal salvation? In this clear, easy to read book, Curt Parton examines the scriptural and theological foundations for our traditional view of hell and the case for universal restoration. The eternal conscious torment of the lost isn't nearly as biblically certain as has been thought, and the belief that all will be saved is surprisingly robust scripturally and theologically. Which view is more biblically sound? Which understanding is most in harmony with the gospel?
A growing number of believers are rediscovering the historic Christian belief that God will ultimately reconcile and restore all of his creation to himself through Christ. What does it truly mean for God's love and truth to completely triumph over sin, death, and hell? This book explores the reasons Christians believe what they do about hell, what the Scriptures actually say about hell and judgment, the arguments for and against each view, and how this all relates to the biblical character of God. Disover why many believe God won't relent Until the Last One's Found.
