Michael had it all-youth, success, and the love of his life. But when a fatal disease takes him from the world of living he expects peace-or at least closure. But instead of fading into the beyond, he discovers he's still tethered to the world he left behind-and to his beloved wife, Tamsin. She can hear him. Speak to him. Feel his presence. At first, their extraordinary connection offers comfort amid grief. But Michael soon realizes that his lingering spirit is more than a loving presence-it's a disruption. The longer he stays, the greater the consequences are for Tamsin and himself.Michael begins a race against time-or whatever's left of it-to uncover the truth behind his continued existence. Some bonds are strong enough to defy death. But some doors should never be left open."Their love defied death-but at what cost?" I am a self-proclaimed introvert or introverts. You might never see or hear me as I operate behind the scenes, but I assure you I exist. As a kid, I dreamed of becoming a sprinter in the 100m. Then I set my sights on playing cricket for the West Indies. I also wanted to be the next Timbaland, producing music (a dream I haven't entirely abandoned, even if it's been a while since I made a beat). What has remained constant is that I have always been drawn to the power of stories. From a young age, I always had a book in my hand until TV and movies pulled me away. Now I've returned to both reading and writing regularly, bringing with me a unique perspective shaped by various storytelling mediums.I don't define myself as a traditional author. Instead, I see myself as a multimedia storyteller exploring various platforms. I wrote my first short story in 2017, long before AI could do it for you. Since then, I've been quietly developing new ideas. To find out more and to sign up for my newsletter, please go to my website: www.adamcprince.com
