Based on the episode At Risk, which features introductory and closing remarks by General Colin Powell. An angry boy who refuses to help others and a girl in a wheelchair who can barely help herself are both at risk of giving up on life. When their worlds are suddenly brought together, it's more than a coincidence. It's a miracle. With the help of three angels, Jason and Kelly discover the power of love.
