The book you are about to read is a journey into the deep recesses of our person. Throughout the book, a call to a decision, a call to action, and a call for reflection are made. This book takes you to a place where many fear the bottom line of our emotions: our true intent. As we explore who and what we really are a realization occurs - we really do nothing apart from a thought. Understanding U helps you and I to do just that! The Author is not above his own writings! He is learning how to better connect with anyone on any relationship level. As he increases his satisfaction, he increases his own personal fulfillment with his family, coworkers, and friends. As you read, try to see where you are regarding the subject matter highlighted by poem. Then, you will be in a better position for any changes in your personal approach to others. I am confident this book is just what many have been waiting for. It's down to earth in its approach to understanding people. The relevance of this book is for any time. May you allow Understanding U to help make you a better you!
