From the Introduction: The aspiration here is to provide a one-hundred-day path to follow leading to holiness. It doesn't matter where you are in your spiritual journey, if you desire to be holy, this book seeks to be at least one tool giving you the means to do so. The basic method for utilizing the book is simple. You will spend two days internalizing a chapter before moving on to the next chapter and repeating the process. It will be interesting to note the differences that are realized on the second day of a chapter in comparison to the first. Even though it is the same Bible passage, for example, it may trigger an entirely different train of thought and inspiration. Such is the way that Sacred Scripture works when utilized for prayer. Above all else, the book is intended to be a time-tested source for initiating lasting contemplative prayer.
