As Women we take on many roles throughout our life.
We are the daughter, the sister, the mother, the partner, the nurturer, the carer, the people pleaser, and a million and one other titles that are bestowed upon us. We take on these roles because of our beliefs, upbringing and society's expectations of what a Woman should be. What if instead we stepped out from behind these roles to find out what brings us joy and who we really are?
A health scare in a carpark led Judy to ask herself these questions. This led her to not only a deeper joy in life, but a recognition of her authentic self. This book reveals her journey and the steps she took to find her own true essence. You will learn:
• To recognise the roles society has given you that no longer serve you • To release old behaviours and patterns related to these roles that are holding you back • And you will discover and truly love your authentic self.
In this revised and updated edition of her original book, Judy examines what happens next after you have taken steps towards a life of your choosing.
As women reach a certain age, the obligations of childrearing, careers and elderly parents may no longer apply. What more is there to life and how do you start living this new life, where freedom and choice are suddenly yours? In this book, you will discover what freedom and opportunities this next chapter of life holds and how to live a life of courage, excitement, and adventure.
