Trouble on Salter Path is a contemporary suspenseful romantic comedy set on the barrier island of Bogue Banks in North Carolina.Feuding families. A future at stake. Love is the biggest risk. Gillian Chadwick, a financial whiz, manages her island resort with precision-and a steady supply of antacids. Her fiery temper and intense work ethic keep men at a safe distance. Until a bathing suit-stealing dog and his attractive owner armed with a Barbie beach towel, turn her world upside down. Michael Salter, a brilliant boat designer and devoted single father, is the last man Gillian should want. His name alone could reignite a century-old family feud. But his charm, quick wit, and two adorable daughters are impossible to resist. Even more complicated is their partnership on a marina project, which should be strictly business-if they stay professional. They can't. A secret affair, shattered trust, and a woman determined to destroy them create chaos. Gossip spreads, permits go missing, and sabotage threatens everything they've built. But the greatest risk isn't losing it all... It's fighting for a second chance... because on Bogue Banks, there's Trouble on Salter Path.
