Above Art Studios gallery owner Dontae T. Muse has published this book to help you along your artist journey. While on our life's journey, we live and learn, often the hard way, that with the proper mentors, mistakes can be avoided and progress can be realized sooner. This book is a mentor that you can always keep with you and not have to worry about whether or not you're being bothersome or asking silly questions. This book covers researching artists, building an artist stable, creating exhibition cycles, event planning, funding, creating artist opportunities, and more! Whether you're curating the art life you want for your own personal success or curating the art of others this book is for you. The curator is the artist until it's time for the art. There is no straight line to becoming an art curator but this book can help you avoid going in circles.
