Trapped in the Library

The scent of aged paper, a comforting perfume of countless stories, usually greeted Vivi and Ellie like an old friend as they pushed open the heavy oak doors of the Willow Creek Public Library. Today, however, the air felt different. It was thick, still, and unnervingly quiet. Sunlight, usually a cheerful presence filtering through the tall, arched windows, seemed muted, casting elongated shadows that danced with an unusual stillness. I attend Two Rivers Church in Binghamton, NY and am very proud to be part of an amazing, spirit filled church! I am donating a lot of the proceeds from these books to our ONE campaign, in which we are trying to raise money for a new building!
