Jack Harper and Oscar Hidalgo are two of the smartest, toughest FBI agents in Los Angeles. But, they've met their match in diamond smuggler Karl Steinbach. Arrested during a sting operation, Steinbach tells the team of agents he will kill them all. Coming from a man who's about to go to prison, it sounds like an empty threat.
