People are terrible and Petrichor, the Angel of Rain, is sick of cleaning up after them. He once made oceans. Now, he's a misanthropic mess living in an abandoned pasta factory in San Diego, wearing stolen Hawaiian shirts, and criticizing local weather forecasts. All he wants is to be left alone.
But squirrels are popping out of trashcans with lectures about his life, his boss Michael is on his case to find a new mission on earth or else, and the only good human he knows-his bartender, Sam-has a secret identity that could jeopardize both of their lives.
And Petrichor only has ten days to save himself, Sam, the bar, and possibly the greater San Diego area, all while trying to keep Michael in the dark and every squirrel in the city at bay.
There's not enough tequila in the world.
