Read the Bible, and you'll quickly run into the prophets - those sometimes wild and weird messengers of the Lord. Most of them didn't want the job. Why? Because it usually involved telling people that they were doing it wrong (which always goes over well). But when they did what God asked them to do ... wow. This book will introduce you to the prophets in a way you might find startling, challenging, and probably not to your grandmother's liking.
